Brenna Mari

Brenna’s ninja journey began in 2020, and she hit the ground running by competing in both the Extreme Obstacle League (XOL) and the Federation of International Ninja Athletes (FINA) that very same year. Since then, she has built an incredible competitive resume as a 2x FINA Finalist and a 2x World Ninja League (WNL) Finalist.

In 2025, Brenna made an unforgettable debut at the WNL World Championships, defying the odds to advance all the way to Stage 3—a rare feat for a first-year WNL competitor. That same year, she dominated on the global stage at FINA Worlds, capturing 7th place in the world for the Young Adult Women’s Ninja vs. Ninja division. She is also a multi-season applicant for NBC's American Ninja Warrior, training directly under top athletes RJ Roman and Alex Romer.

Brenna began her coaching career in 2023, assisting with the preteen division for XOL. Today, she brings that experience and positive energy to The Rock Ninja Warrior Academy, where she leads our Ninja Minis class, helping our youngest athletes build confidence, balance, and core strength.

When she isn't flying through the air or coaching the next generation of ninjas, Brenna is finishing up her high school career. She is a creative soul who enjoys art, baking, singing, and reading, and she loves spending time with her three rescue dogs.
